Green Vibe Forskolin Diet with intermittent carbohydrates In a recent study carried out by researchers at the center for the prevention of cancer and metabolic diseases of the University Hospital of South Manchester, in England, it was discovered that a diet with a low carbohydrate content intermittently (ie every other day) is very more effective than a low-carb diet (standard) to prevent breast cancer, but also other diseases such as diabetes mellitus. The results of the research The results of the research have been nothing short of amazing, in fact, researchers have found that both dietary regimes with carbohydrate reduction are more effective than the Mediterranean diet in the fight against extra pounds . The women who have respected these two diets have lost an average of 4 kilos compared to around 2.5 kilos lost in the Mediterranean diet. The most important fact, however, concerns *cenzura*, in fact with the two low-carbohydrate diets , *cenzura* resistance has been reduced by 22% and 14% while with the Mediterranean diet this figure has only decreased by 4%. According to the researchers, these data are very interesting, as they completely subvert the results of previous studies that stated that it was enough to just reduce calories to lose weight and reduce the risk of diseases related to obesity as well as breast cancer.
